Why Virtual Therapy?
To put it simply- virtual therapy makes it easier to prioritize your mental health without adding another stressful commute to your day.
Whether you're pregnant, caring for a newborn, balancing work and family responsibilities, or living elsewhere in North Carolina, online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Many clients appreciate being able to attend sessions during nap time, while a partner is home, or without arranging childcare.
Finding the right therapist matters.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step.
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you're wondering whether therapy could help or if my practice feels like the right fit, I'd be happy to answer your questions during a free 15-minute consultation.

Crisis and After Hours
Parkway Counseling is an outpatient therapy practice, and does not provide crisis response, on-call availability, or after-hours coverage.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent mental health support, call 911 or 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you need frequent crisis support or a higher level of care, this practice may not be the best fit. This can be discussed during the consultation process so you can be directed to the most appropriate level of support.
Telehealth, Privacy, and Consent
All sessions are conducted through a secure telehealth platform to clients who are physically located in North Carolina at the time of each session.
Parkway Counseling does not currently offer in-person appointments. The Raleigh address listed on this site is a mailing address only.
During the intake process, we will review telehealth consent, privacy considerations, and what to do if technology fails during a session.
Let’s see if we’re a good fit!
