Yes. All sessions are conducted through a secure telehealth platform. At the start of care, we review how telehealth works, what to do if technology fails, and how to create privacy for sessions.

I specialize in supporting clients in North Carolina who are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. I also work with teens (15+) and young adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, identity concerns, burnout, and executive functioning challenges.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you would like to seek out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance plan.

Current fees are $175 for the intake session (60-70 minutes) and $150 for ongoing 50-minute therapy sessions. A free 15-minute phone consultation is available for prospective clients.

The consultation is a brief, low-pressure phone call to discuss what brings you in, answer practical questions, and determine whether my services appear to be a good fit. It is not a therapy session or a crisis service.

The first session focuses on understanding your current concerns, relevant history, goals, and preferences for treatment. We also review informed consent, confidentiality, telehealth logistics, scheduling, and fees.

Parkway Counseling does not provide crisis or after-hours services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent mental health support, call 911 or 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.

Yes. If you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services under federal law, and will be provided with one at the start of services.
